How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically process and ship in-stock domestic orders in 1 to 2 business days. However, please allow up to 5 days during our peak season and holidays. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our standard shipping times domestically are 2-10 days. If you require your package to arrive within a certain window of time, please select the expedited (2-3 days) shipping option at checkout. Please allow additional processing and transit time during holiday seasons.

Can I cancel my order?(General Order)

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I change my address once I have placed my order?

Please ensure your address is correct BEFORE placing your order.

Can I exchange or return my blind box/gachapon?

All sales are final on blind boxes and Gachpon Capsule. As they are subject to complete randomness, a refund or reimbursement cannot be given if you are not satisfied with the outcome. 

Blind boxes and gachapon are a fun and exciting way to collect your favorite characters, but it’s important to note that each box/capsule is randomly packed, and the contents are a mystery until opened. This means you won’t know which figure you’ll receive, adding an element of surprise to every purchase. Due to the random nature, there is a chance of receiving duplicate items, and specific figures cannot be guaranteed. Embrace the fun of collecting, trading, and discovering the unexpected with every blind box/gachapon!

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Can you ship internationally?

Most of our products are only shipping domestic orders in the United States.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on whether the product is in our U.S. stock or stored in our warehouse.

【In Stock – U.S. Domestic】
Orders for in-stock items located in the U.S. are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery time within the U.S. generally ranges from 2–14 days, depending on your location.

【Warehouse Stock – International Shipping】
For items stored in our warehouse, we will provide a logistics quote after your order is placed.
Standard delivery (Sea shipping) to the U.S. typically takes 30–45 business days.
Shipping times to other countries may vary depending on the destination and cargo ship.
We will provide tracking number so you can keep following the logistic process.

Can I cancel my order?(Statue Pre- Order)

The deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days of your purchase since the deposit is paid to the studio, not us. We are not able to refund the deposit value and swap to deposit for another product.

What does Shipping Process go?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received your order.

For In-Stock (Including Shipping):

  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

For Warehouse Stock (Shipping Not Included):

  • After your order is placed, we will send you a shipping quote.
  • Once you approve and pay the invoice, we will proceed to fulfill your order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

For Pre-Order (Shipping Not Included):

  • We will send you a shipping quote when the product is ready to release.
  • Once you approve and pay the invoice, we will proceed to fulfill your order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

GK statue can be shipped internationally. If you are interested, please contact us first to give you a quote of shipping fee and more information.

Item was lost?

Missing packages in transit can happen sometimes. If a package is identified as lost, we will fully refund your order.

For lost packages:

Sea shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than 3 months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the shipment does not arrive at your address for more than 5 months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.

Air Shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than one and a half months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the air freight fails to arrive at your address for more than three months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.
