RETURN (In store Purchases)

In-Store Purchases

New and sealed merchandise purchased in MUMU JOYTOY SHOP may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the original store. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.

RETURN (online purchases)

New and unused merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the package delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt. You will be required to pay the return shipping and a 12% restocking fee and 6% trasaction fee if the product(s) are returned due to personal preferences. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.

If a mistake was made by us, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at Contact or email to mumujoytoyshop@gmail.com.and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the incorrect item(s) are required, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. In order to be eligible for a return, you must Contact here and mumujoytoyshop@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (at the cost of the customer), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns sent back without an authorization will be refused.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you intend to get another item we do not process/offer direct exchanges. Please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead. This is the fastest way to receive your new item.

SHIPPING POLICY

We typically process and ship in-stock domestic orders in 1 to 2 business days. However, please allow up to 5 days during our peak season and holidays. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our standard shipping times domestically are 2-10 days. If you require your package to arrive within a certain window of time, please select the expedited (2-3 days) shipping option at checkout. Please allow additional processing and transit time during holiday seasons.

All products purchased and shipped from mumujoytoyshop.com are packaged at our warehouse and handled by a third-party carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.). If you require shipping via a specific carrier, please contact Customer Service when placing your order. Certain carriers may incur additional charges. Once an order has been picked and labeled, we may not be able to change the carrier.

Damaged claims need to be reported within 7 days of the "Delivered Date" provided by the mail carrier. We highly suggest you open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there are damages, please email us and include pictures of the all damages and packaging within 7 days to Contact or email to mumujoytoyshop@gmail.com. Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We request that all customers double check the intended address of delivery before confirming their orders for shipping. We ARE NOT responsible for any orders that have already been shipped out to an incorrect address via any third-party shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) and we will not issue a refund for your purchase. As a reminder, it is the customer's responsibility to perform their due diligence during checkout by confirming their personal information.

FINAL SALE

The following products are considered final sales and ineligible for return/exchange:

  • Blind boxes (unless due to manufacturing issues)
  • Gachapons
  • As-is and discontinued GK statue

Please also note that all sales are final on blind boxes and gachapon items. By agreeing to our terms, you are accepting the inherent outcome of purchasing such items. As they are subject to complete randomness, a refund or reimbursement cannot be given if you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Purchase GK Statue POLICY

Transportation insurance instructions

Resin statues are fragile and make a special collector's item. In the event of transportation damage, MUMU will try its best to help customers contact the studio to apply for accessories. However, paint scratches, degumming, minor damage, etc. are normal phenomena, and insurance companies will not accept claims in this range!

Instructions about free insurance

MUMU will help customers purchase transportation insurance from logistics providers and bear the insurance premium for customers.

Instructions for filing and paying insurance claims

  1. After receiving the product, it is required to record the unboxing video and take photos of the damaged product together with the express delivery list.
  2. Once the transportation damage information is approved, MUMU will transfer the logistics provider's compensation to the customer's account within 3-7 days.
  3. If you encounter transportation damage, please submit insurance claim information to the assistant within 7 days after receiving product. After this date, the logistics provider will no longer accept claims.
  4. All GK statue are in warranty service except you purchase as-is or discontinued product)
